- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- You can export everything at any time, on every plan including the free one. Accounting records are legally yours, and holding them hostage is not a business model.
- Why can't I email a customer until I pay?
- It's a restriction, and the honest reason is spam. Your invoices go out through the same mail servers as everybody else's, and whether the big email providers trust those servers is the only thing keeping your invoice out of a customer's junk folder. Free anonymous accounts mailing strangers is how that trust gets wrecked - one signup blasting a list and everybody's invoices start going to spam. A paid plan is the cheapest check we found that stops it. Until then you can finalize, print, download and send to your own registered address, so nothing stops you running a real document through your real books first.

- Stock comes with Pro. The stock and warehouses guide says what it does and what it does not. Some other apps are licensed separately and per company rather than per person - if you need one, it's an addition to your seats rather than a different plan.
- What counts as a document?
- Any of the twelve types, not invoices alone - a quote, a credit note and a purchase order each use one. The count resets at the start of each month and doesn't roll over.
