Bill it once. It bills itself.
Retainers, licenses and quarterly service fees on whatever schedule you set. We raise the invoice, email it, and chase it when it's late.
Free plan. No card.

What you can do
- Recurring invoices on the schedule you choose, from monthly retainers to annual licenses
- Payment reminders on a schedule you set, sent on their own or held for your OK
- A payment link on the invoice: card or bank transfer, plus PayPal, iDEAL and UPI where your customers use them
- One payment spread across several invoices, with how much went where on the screen
- Part payments treated as normal, because a paid tick box starts lying the moment somebody pays half
- How long you're actually waiting to be paid, measured rather than estimated
How it works
-
01
Set the schedule once
A recurring invoice is a template plus a schedule. It raises the real invoice on the date you set and emails it without you being there.
-
02
Let the bank do the matching
Import a statement and each line is offered against the open invoices it might settle. Confirm a match and the payment is registered, the invoice updates and the journal is written, all at once.
-
03
Money you can't place stays where you'll find it
An overpayment isn't forced onto a document it doesn't belong on. It sits as credit on the customer's account until you apply it, and a payment with a reference nobody recognizes goes to a holding account with its own list.
Good to know - Recurring invoices need a payment method set up if you want them collected as well as sent. Emailing customers needs a paid plan, because your documents go out through the same mail servers as everybody else’s, and one anonymous account mailing strangers would wreck the trust that gets everybody else into an inbox.
Questions
- Is there a free billing plan?
- There's a free plan with 5 documents a month and no card to start. Sending documents to customers by email is the part that needs a paid plan; until then you can finalize, download and print them.
- Can my customers pay from the invoice?
- Yes, through a link on the document: card or bank transfer, plus PayPal, iDEAL and UPI where your customers use them.
- What happens when somebody pays three invoices at once?
- You register the payment once and spread it across the documents it covers, and the screen shows how much of it went where. If it doesn't cover everything, the rest stays open rather than rounding itself away.
